Virtual Community Discussion
This discussion is intended to create space for peer specialists, individuals with lived experience, providers, organizational leaders, and community members to share perspectives surrounding behavioral health systems, workforce experiences, organizational support, and the needs of the people most impacted by systems of care.
Our goal is to better understand the experiences, challenges, strengths, and needs of individuals and communities connected to behavioral health environments. We believe meaningful improvement begins by listening, learning, and creating opportunities for collaborative dialogue across perspectives.
All stakeholders are welcome.
We welcome perspectives from individuals with lived experience, peer specialists, providers, organizational leaders, students, and community members.
People for Wellness is actively exploring opportunities for collaboration with behavioral health organizations, educational institutions, peer specialists, community organizations, and systems stakeholders throughout Wisconsin.
Current relationship-building efforts include outreach and dialogue surrounding:
behavioral health workforce development
organizational wellness
community-informed systems learning
sustainable approaches to care
